St. Paul’s Lodge of Mark Master Masons No.131 meets under the Grand Lodge of England and Wales and its Districts and Lodges Overseas. It is the only Lodge meeting under this juristiction in the North American Continent. Its warrant was  obtained from the Grand Mark Lodge of England in April 1871 however for reasons that have not been established, the Charter was not used until 17th January 1884 when the Lodge was formally opened for the first Congregation by the R. W. Bro. the Hon. William Badgely, District Grand Master of Montreal and William Henry.

St. Paul’s Mark Lodge No.131 has since enjoyed a continuous existence and celebrated its Centenary meeting on the 17th January 1984. An especial Congregation for Grand Mark Lodge to formally present the Centenary Warrant took place on 25th May 1984, with the Pro Grand Master in attendance: M.W.Bro.Dr.Gilmore Leonard Colenso Colenso-Jones, accompanied by the Grand Secretary: R.W.Bro.William Leake, PJGW.

The Mark Lodge meets four times a year: on the fourth Friday of February (Installation); the second Friday of April; the fourth Friday of October and the first Thursday of  December.  The meetings are normally held in Harmony Hall, 14100 Pierrefonds Blvd, Pierrefonds, Montreal Quebec at 7.00pm, however, the October meeting is customarily held by dispensation in Aylmer, Quebec for the benefit of the Ottawa brethren.

Visiting brethren from English Mark Lodges meeting under our jurisdiction and companions from Canadian or US Chapters who have completed their Mark degree in Chapter are welcome to attend.
